Schedule

• • 9am Ferry
  • 930am Self- Guided Mindful Nature Journey from St John Island to Lazarus Island. (20 mins) (Bring your own writing materials)
  • 10am Breath work (30Min)
  • 1030am SUPyoga (1 hour)
  • 1130am Stand Up Paddling. (30min)
  • 12pm Break
  • 1pm Breath work (20 mins)
  • 130pm *Ashtanga yoga for inner peace (30 mins)
  • 2pm **Stand Up Paddling or Kayaking (1 hour)

*  Bring your own yoga mat or rent our Yoga Mat for $5
** Please indicate preference at the start of the programme.

Terms & Conditions

1. Early Bird Discount
   • Enjoy 10% off for early bird bookings.
   • Cut-off dates: 5th January and 19th January, respectively.
   • Applies to all packages.

2. Group Discount
   • Groups of 4 are entitled to a 5% discount.
   • This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion.
3. Ferry Timing
   • Ferry timing is fixed and cannot be changed.
4. Minimum Participation
   • A minimum of 4 participants is required for the program to proceed.
5. Food & Beverage Discount
   • Patrons are entitled to a 15% discount on food and beverages at Sol BDC.
   • To redeem the discount, please present your booking confirmation at Sol BDC.
6. Photography Consent
   • Photos and videos will be taken during the program for commercial purposes.
   • By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials.
7. Wellness Bag
   • Each participant will receive a Wellness Bag.
   • The Wellness Bag is strictly not for resale.
8. Ferry Tickets and Wellness Bag Redemption
   • Ferry tickets and Wellness Bags must be redeemed at the SIC Counter.
   • Redemption requires the names indicated on the booking confirmation.
9. Participant Health
   • Participants must be physically well and fit to take part in the program.
   • Those with medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before participating.
10. Non-Refundable Policy
