Per terms and conditions, we are unable to accept any rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your booking appointment. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your initial booking appointment. New reschedule date must be within 2 weeks, from your initial booking appointment. To reschedule, please write in to LSWSC@CamelotSG.biz or call in at 9154 9424.

Per terms and conditions, there are no cancellations and refund. But you can reschedule your slot up to 24 hours prior to your booking date.

We do not allow any refunds and cancellations.  Rain checks are only issued when there is lightning risk alert (cat 1) at our Centre within 30 mins from your registration time. We would only be able to advise at least 30 mins before your timeslot if the lightning risk alert (cat 1) is lifted or extended.

Yes, you can get 1 Double Kayak and 1 Single Kayak for 2 hours. Your children will take turns paddling with you in that 2 hours.

The minimum age in a Double Kayak is 7 years old (by birthdate) and child must be able to fit our Personal Floatation Device (PFD). There is no maximum age, however, you will have to declare any medical conditions in the indemnity form.

No, as per terms and conditions, a supervising adult who is 18 years old and above will need to be in the same double kayak as children below 12 years old. Unless they are attending programmes with an Instructor/Coach.

No, children below 12 is now allowed to kayak alone. You will have to take turns to kayak with your children. Minimum age to kayak alone in a Single Kayak is 13 years old.

Yes, the maximum weight is 100kg and patron must be able to fit our Personal Floatation Device (PFD).

For advanced bookings, please make the booking online in order to ascertain craft and timing availabilities. 

No, there are no crocodiles. But plenty of interesting flora and fauna, not to mention our resident otter family. 

For Lower Seletar Water Sports Centre:

The nearest showering facility is at Yishun Sports Hall which is approximately 10 minutes walk away. There is a nearby public toilet in the park for you to change or wipe down. 

 

For Lazarus Sea Sports Centre:

The nearest showering facility is at St. John’s Island which is approximately 30 minutes walk away. There is a public toilet on Lazarus Island for you to change or wipe down. 

Yes, of course! You will be issued a Sit On Top Kayak which doesn’t require certifications. We will also ensure you are fitted well with a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) during the safety briefing.
